Sexmag is a Polish band from Silesia, formed in 2019 and rooted in black, thrash and speed metal. The band's first release, "Sex Metal", appeared in 2021, followed by the "Żelazna Dziewica" demo in 2022. A full length, "Sexorcyzm", followed in 2025 through Dying Victims Productions. Sexmag's material deals openly with Satanism, death, sex, violence and occult subjects, while the music draws from the rawer side of extreme metal. The lineup connected with "Żelazna Dziewica" features Truposz on vocals, L.V. on drums, Maniac and Obsceniczny Upiór on guitars, and Inkwizytor on bass. This reissue brings back the sold out 2022 demo in physical formats, with the later "Krwawa Wendeta" included as a bonus.
"Żelazna Dziewica" is a compact dose of black, thrash and speed metal with fast guitars, frantic drumming, rough vocals and a production that remains close to the underground. The original three songs have a raw recording quality, while the riffs move between rapid thrashing and darker black metal sections. The Polish lyrics are heavily focused on Satanic imagery, murder, occult rituals, death and sexual themes, with "Klątwa Kawazuzu" dealing with the ancient demon Zamus III. The songwriting is straightforward, with the guitars doing most of the work and the rhythm section pushing the songs forward at a brisk pace.
"Krwawa Wendeta", recorded in 2025, adds a later piece to the release and gives the listener another glimpse of Sexmag after the original demo period. The material has a distinctly underground character and does not hide its rough edges, which makes the release feel closer to an archival document than a conventional new album. There is enough variation between the four tracks to give the short release some movement, although the older recordings can sound somewhat basic compared with the band's later material. As a physical reissue, it preserves an important early stage of Sexmag while adding a newer song to the package.
