Formed in 2024, YHWH brings together musicians from Belgium and Thailand to create some serious noise. Schem Hamephorash and C. Bones handle the music creation, bringing S.M. Goat Ritual into the fold during June. They dropped their first attack, "Tetragrammaton", back in April 2025 through Wormholedeath. Now they return with "Khatha", a short twenty-minute strike dragging up older, previously unrecorded material.

This five-track assault spits pure aggression at human cruelty and a rotting society. The guitars rip through the speakers, tearing into dark myths and the messed-up human mind. YHWH unearths older compositions for this attack, throwing them straight into the fire. The drums pound away relentlessly alongside freezing guitar strings, offering an intense black metal storm. It delivers what underground metalheads crave when they want a fast, aggressive punch to the gut.

For a short run, these musicians bring plenty of raw power to the table. "Hell On Earth (The Root Of All Evil)" smashes through the silence with vicious aggression. The production captures the scraping harshness of their black metal. It stays loud, fast, and constantly angry. The musicianship stays on point, keeping the energy high and avoiding any boring slowdowns.

Extreme metal maniacs get a proper thrashing here. "Deathrash" keeps the speed high, leading into the menacing "Krasue". Yhwh unleashes a brutal sound to the speakers. It does its job well, bashing skulls and leaving a trail of destruction behind. A cool, violent spin for your next headbanging session.

Score: 7.0
