Werwolf spawned in Germany during 2005. For fifteen long years, they lurked in the darkest gutters of the underground, vomiting their filth only when the stars aligned. The drop of the "Blutgericht" EP in 2021 finally dragged them out of the dungeons for a more active assault. Now, Dominance Of Darkness Records unleashed their debut full-length, "Satanic Terror", specifically designed to ruin everyone's day.

This album violently ejects raw and blasphemous black metal. Werwolf worships the crude, nasty aesthetic of the late nineties underground scene. The music constantly shifts between fanatical hyperspeed blasting and freezing, hypnotic sections. A shadowy shimmer coats the entire production, bringing back that authentic, freezing 1998 sound. They channel pure hatred into a totally merciless gauntlet of extreme metal.

Tracks like "Shrine Of Faith" and "Unholy Trinity" deliver a relentless, hateful assault. The guitars shred through the mix with freezing riffs, backed up by insane drumming and sickening vocals. You will instantly recognize the glorious echoes of cult labels like Sombre, and Breath Of Night bleeding through the speakers. Werwolf throws all modern trends into the fire to focus strictly on traditional, unholy black metal execution.

"Satanic Terror" guarantees a vicious trip back to the ancient days of extreme metal glory. Werwolf stayed totally true to the uncompromising ways of the black metal underground. Maniacs craving hateful music will obsess over this release. This album exists to disgust the weak and reward the dedicated followers of the dark arts.
