Tortured Corpse spawned in Silesia, Poland back in 2022. The quintet obsesses over gore, violence, and serial killers. The lineup features Necro smashing the drums, Lukas "Zeus" and Przemysław "Fusso" shredding guitars, Artur attacking the bass, and Uri vomiting guttural vocals. They already dropped a ton of material, including the 2024 album "Cavernous Lobotomy". Now, the maniacs return with the independent 2025 digital EP "Sinister Death".
The Polish squad rips through straight-ahead death metal. The dual guitars deliver furious, shredding riffs designed to snap necks. The drums pound out a constant, blasting tempo to destroy eardrums. The bass rumbles deep in the background like a damn earthquake. Uri unleashes deep, guttural roars matching the blood-soaked themes.
"Sinister Death" vomits up three original tracks full of extreme musical violence. Tortured Corpse strictly plays brutal music for the underground. After their own compositions, the band pays tribute to the true legends. They thrash through a cover of "Corpse Grinder" by Massacre and a savage version of "Zombie Ritual" by Death.
Zeus handled the mix and mastering internally to keep things raw. The sound is loud and completely crushing. The drums smash hard, and the guitars tear right through the speakers. The cover art from Palatial Studio in New York perfectly illustrates the sick lyrical focus on pain and death. The entire visual presentation screams extreme metal.
Tortured Corpse delivers a savage death metal attack. The five tracks offer furious headbanging material for the pit. The band executes their bloody vision with pure aggression. "Sinister Death" provides a heavy dose of extreme music for maniacs obsessed with gore.
